- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to ensure a clean, even burn and prevent sooting.

Small areas where the wax appears to have pulled away from the glass are known as wet spots. These occur naturally due to temperature changes and are not a defect. They do not affect the performance or safety of the candle. - Candle Care:
We are not responsible for issues caused by improper candle care, such as:- Burning for extended periods beyond recommended time
- Failing to trim the wick before each use
- Leaving candles unattended or burning near drafts
- Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
