🔥 Candle Safety Guidelines

To enjoy your candle safely and extend its burn life, please follow these important guidelines:

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Always place the candle on a heat/fire-resistant surface such as a plate, tray, or protective container to prevent heat damage to furniture.
Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets.

• • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to ensure a clean, even burn and prevent sooting.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind.

Please note:

The scent of a candle is a subjective experience and may vary from person to person. We do not offer refunds or replacements if you simply do not like the scent.

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To resolve the issue, we kindly ask that you provide:

A clear photo of the damaged/defective item
Your order number
A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement item at our discretion.

Important Considerations for Handmade Candles

Wet Spots:
Small areas where the wax appears to have pulled away from the glass are known as wet spots. These occur naturally due to temperature changes and are not a defect. They do not affect the performance or safety of the candle.
Candle Care:
We are not responsible for issues caused by improper candle care, such as:
- Burning for extended periods beyond recommended time
- Failing to trim the wick before each use
- Leaving candles unattended or burning near drafts
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
