To enjoy your candle safely and extend its burn life, please follow these important guidelines:

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Always place the candle on a heat/fire-resistant surface such as a plate, tray, or protective container to prevent heat damage to furniture.

Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
• • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to ensure a clean, even burn and prevent sooting.
Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind.

The scent of a candle is a subjective experience and may vary from person to person. We do not offer refunds or replacements if you simply do not like the scent.
Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To resolve the issue, we kindly ask that you provide:

Important Considerations for Handmade Candles

Wet Spots:
Small areas where the wax appears to have pulled away from the glass are known as wet spots. These occur naturally due to temperature changes and are not a defect. They do not affect the performance or safety of the candle. -
Candle Care:
We are not responsible for issues caused by improper candle care, such as:-
Burning for extended periods beyond recommended time

Failing to trim the wick before each use

Leaving candles unattended or burning near drafts

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping fees are calculated by weight.
Standard orders over $80.00 ship free.
Shipping fees for special orders are determined once the order is received. Customers will be informed of the shipping cost and asked to approve it before production starts.
Shipping fees (when applicable) are non-refundable, unless your product is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival. (Does not include possible softening or melting of candle during warm/hot months)

If you’re looking for a specific candle, we can make it. Simply reach out and share your idea, and we’ll take it from there.
When contacting us, please include the candle size and shape, color, scent, any decorations you’d like, and the occasion. Is it for someone special in your life? A wedding, new baby, new home, or meaningful milestone?
Your candle can also be created with intention—for a prayer session, ritual work, altar use, or a focused meditation practice.
Send us your vision, and we’ll work to bring it to life. We always begin with research to ensure we can create the perfect candle for you. Once complete, we’ll send you a description and quote for approval before production begins.
Under normal circumstances, your candle will be ready within one week, often sooner. Payment will be finalized before shipping, or you’re welcome to arrange local pickup if you’re nearby.
