My Crystal Sage was born out of a passion for infusing positive energy and mindfulness into everyday life. Our journey began with a deep appreciation for the power of crystals, aromatherapy, and relaxation. We believe in the transformative effects of these practices and aim to share their benefits with others through our thoughtfully crafted candles.

I’m a quiet soul who loves the simple and beautiful things life offers. That love is what started me on this journey — creating a candle I would genuinely enjoy. And now, I’m excited to share them with you. I’m so grateful to have discovered this passion. Every time I sit down to pour a candle, my creativity gets to bloom. I’m always working on something new and exciting — a candle that brings joy to whoever holds it, lights it, and enjoys it. I hope to make many new friends here — people who inspire me and spark my imagination.

My Story
My Candle-Making Journey: From Intuition to Small Business Success
I still remember the day I realized I couldn’t find the perfect candle to accompany my moments of meditation and quiet reflection. A thought gently whispered in my mind: Why not create the perfect candle for the energy I want to raise and harness? From that moment, a new passion was born.
The Early Experiments
Guided by curiosity, I dove headfirst into researching candle-making. I:

Ordered basic supplies—wax, wicks, fragrance oils—eagerly tracking each package.

Read countless articles and watched dozens of tutorial videos.

Braved my garage workspace and began experimenting, one pour at a time.
Of course, there were failures. Some candles wouldn’t set properly. Others released too much fragrance—or none at all. A few even sparked slightly when I added dried herbs and flowers! But each misstep fueled my determination to learn more and improve.
Creating the "Self-Love" Candle
After many trials, I finally held my first successful creation: a delicate, rose-scented candle adorned with rose quartz and dried rosebuds. I named it Self-Love because that gentle, rosy energy was exactly what I wanted to cultivate.
When friends and family lit it, I saw their faces soften and their shoulders relax—and I knew I had created something meaningful.
Lessons Learned
Over time, I refined both my design and technique:

I learned to use dried herbs sparingly to prevent sparks and burning of them.

I introduced my 8 oz vessels for more elaborate designs.

I experimented with new combinations of crystals, flower petals, herbs, and fragrances—each candle telling its own unique story.
I gave away many candles to friends, family, and neighbors, each accompanied by a survey. I asked them to test the candle and return the survey when finished. The feedback I received was invaluable—it helped me see where to make improvements, what to refine, and what was already working well.
Building a Business with Heart
Today, I’m proud to be a small business owner, handcrafting candles that spark joy, balance, and intention. Every day, I connect with customers who appreciate the care and passion poured into each vessel.
